    Really happy with the service I received after purchasing a King gate kit and GSM dialler, I was having a technical problem setting it up and Lewis swiftly guided me through the problem and was really patient whilst I was explaining the problem and helped t get it all sorted and working for me over the phone.

    Having discussed various options to fit my requirement, Louis recommended the Linear 500 long stroke kit, and boy was he spot on. The King Gate kits are superb. and as for Louis and his team, I can not speak highly enough of them, I had a small problem with mains supply to the transformer, and Louis was able to guide me through the procedure over the phone, affect the repair and save the need to return the unit to them. Well done that man.

    Cant recommend gatesgates enough. Their customer service is exceptional. They went above and beyond to help with my issue even though it wasn't their obligation to do so, always friendly and eager to help. I would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing automated gate system as its really important to have someone on the end of the phone to talk you though any queries. Thanks again!!

    Before purchasing my gate system I was a little concerned that there would be good technical support and good after sales service. I was very pleasantly surprised on both counts. Louis was terrific in offering technical advice on phone and email. He was very patient and answered all my queries. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for anyone interested in gate automatiom systems.

    As with many of the other comments..It's tech support that makes the difference.... I bought my sliding gate kit after a little internet homework and guidance from Lewis. fitted it myself (slowly) with a couple of calls for confirmation/guidance and is now up and running... whoop whoop. I'm based in Aberdeen so can't really pop in past and was worried about support but all unfounded.
